Responsible business conduct

At TIM SA, we understand ESG as a coherent way of thinking about responsible business conduct – not as a one-off project or report. Our activities include both the development of people and organisation, as well as cooperation with our environment in a spirit of partnership and trust.

For us, ESG is an integral part of our organisational culture – it influences strategic decisions, our relationships with stakeholders and the way we build the company’s future.

Grant programme
Two editions per year, with up to four grants of PLN 1,000 - 6,000 each. Charity initiatives chosen by our employees.
The grant programme is one of the most important social initiatives at TIM SA and has been running since the end of 2019. Its aim is to support local social projects, especially those promoting an active lifestyle, education and the integration of local communities.

What makes our programme stand out is its participatory model:

- Projects are submitted by TIM employees.

- The final decision on the selection of beneficiaries is made by all employees in an online vote.

Thanks to these grants, we have already supported, for example:

- children’s sports clubs,

- community centres,

- care and educational facilities,

- health-promoting and social initiatives.

Volunteering at TIM SA consists mainly of grassroots employee initiatives, supported by the company both organisationally and financially.

Employees can:

- devote part of their working time to volunteering activities,

- initiate their own social campaigns and projects,

- take part in charity, educational and sports events,

- act locally – within their own communities and in response to real needs.
