Member of the Management Board and Commercial Director of TIM SA. He combines technical knowledge with business intuition, helping the company grow in the dynamic electrotechnical industry.

His interest in this field has its roots in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Wrocław University of Technology, where he graduated in electrotechnics, specialising in electric power engineering.

He took his first professional steps as a technical and sales adviser at Moeller Electric Sp. z o.o., where he quickly realised that the foundations of sustainable business are build not only by the product itself, but also by the way of thinking about customer and relationships.

He joined TIM SA in 2007, initially as a technical specialist, and then gradually advanced through successive roles: Product Manager, Deputy Head of the Sales Support Department, Market Manager, Deputy Purchasing Director, and finally Commercial Director, a position he took up in 2018. This internal journey gave him a unique insight into the company’s operations from within and a deep understanding of the everyday challenges faced by the teams he has worked with as a member of the Management Board since 2019.

Recognising that effective management involves more than operational experience, he completed a postgraduate Executive MBA programme at Koźmiński University in Warsaw during the same period, having earlier completed a postgraduate studies in “The Effective Manager of a Modern Company” at Wrocław University of Economics.

Outside work, he is an active person. He enjoys running, walking and cycling, treating these activities not only as a form of exercise, but also as a way to clear his head and take a break from the everyday business challenges. Whenever possible, he tries to get out of the city and spend time walking in nature, preferably in a mountain landscape.

Even when staying at home, he finds something for himself; he’s always happy to reach for a good book, whether it is another inspiring business tittle or fiction that stimulates the imagination and helps him relax. Apart from business challenges, he also enjoys intellectual challenges, playing board games with his family and friends. All he needs to completely escape from business challenges is good music, preferably played from a vinyl record.

To his colleagues, Piotr is someone who approaches his career path with curiosity and respect for every stage — from the technical foundations to the strategic decisions through which he now supports the development of TIM SA.

Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of TIM SA. He combines an analytical approach to finance with the ability to see the broader business context. He sees finance as a tool that supports the development of business models and helps build the organisation’s long-term stability.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Management and Computer Science at the Wrocław University of Economics, where he studied Finance and Banking, specialising in Financial Management. He has been involved in the financial markets since the start of his professional career. He gained experience, for example, as a consultant at DCG Consulting and as a stockbroker at the Brokerage House of Bank Ochrony Środowiska, developing analytical skills and practical understanding of market mechanisms.

A key stage in his career was his many years of work at KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., one of Poland’s largest industrial companies. For 16 years, he held positions in the finance, including managing financial liquidity and foreign exchange risk, heading the Financial Policy Division and the Treasury Department, and serving for 10 years as Chief Financial Officer. This experience has shaped his strategic approach to financial management in large-scale organisations with a high degree of operational complexity.

He joined TIM S.A. in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer with the rank of Member of the Management Board. Since then, he has been responsible for the company’s finances during a period of rapid growth and changing market conditions, focusing on effective capital management, risk control and supporting the implementation of the business strategy.

He systematically develops his skills by participating in specialist training courses and management programmes. He completed postgraduate studies on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), delivered in cooperation with the Warsaw School of Economics and EY Academy of Business. He also took part in the KGHM Executive Academy programme, delivered in cooperation with IMD Business School in Lausanne and Colorado School of Mines.

Outside of work, he actively maintains a healthy work-life balance. In his spare time, he pursues his interests in motor vehicles and travel, and also devotes time to physical activity — particularly running and cycling.
